To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and it the same condition as you received it.

In order to complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Customers must pay for the returning fee.

Once we receive the purchase, we will issue you a refund. For more information please contact us.

Refunds are accepted only within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for a missing purchase with the status of "delivered".

It is recommended to use a tracking service if you return an item as we cannot guarantee we will receive it. (Especially during busy periods)
